Already the "wholistic medicine" is
an important form of spirituality.
But how can we develop ourselves?
Isn´t it only one uni-verse?
So what are the many religions for?
Maybe they are a variety of the one and ever,
but should be never used to separate human beings!
Lets share about spirituality. Mail me your comments.
I would like to provoke you to do "unconditional"
research
without filtering it through the mask of your up-to-now religiousity!
An important part of "The Inner Path" is to work on
bad habits.
Have a look at the outrageous Sedona Method:
Lose Weight, Quit, Smoking, Drop Addictions and Other Bad Habits
Dr. Carl Wickland 30 years among the Dead
was a medical doctor in California who worked with psychiatric patients and
made the obsessive spirits around the patients go into a medium (his wife) and
then explained to these souls that they had died and were disturbing the patient
in his life. After such sessions the patients were healed at once!
Accepting this book psychiatry would have a chance to experience a revolution.....

Funny that there are so many docs writing novels or poems... I too! As for
me: I'm MD (specialized in hearing disorders), psychologist, statistician and theologist
(you surely don't believe it, but it's true). - I wrote several novels,
however, all of them in German. Among those published there is one dealing with
a specifically medical subject: "The Dissection Course" - a kind of
thriller. You can find information under:

October 6th, 1956, the medical doctor, priest and psychologist
and psychotherapist Klaus Thomas founded the "Ärztliche Lebensmüdenbetreuung" in
Berlin which at that time had the highest rate for suicides in Germany. Soon
this service was known as "Telefonseelsorge" (samaritan telephone service).
Klaus Thomas was one of the main promoters of the "Autogenes
Training" of Johannes Heinrich Schultz and was the most important student of him.
He was teacher for German, englisch and history, then studied from 1934 to 1947
theology, psychology and medicine. Later he made his doctorate degree at Ernst
Kretschmer in Marburg/Germany. He published 13 books and 300 publications. Study
travels made him visit more than 100 countries. After founding the samaritan
telephone service he also was founder and head of the I.H.-Schultz-Institute in
Berlin from 1971 as well as teacher at the Berlin Schadow-High-School.
Read an article of him about "hypnosis and destructive cultus":

Moses Maimonides (
March
30,
1135
Córdoba, Spain –
December 13,
1204
Fostat,
Egypt)
was a
Jewish
rabbi,
physician, and
philosopher in
Andalusia,
Morocco
and
Egypt
during the
Middle Ages. He was one of the various medieval
Jewish
philosophers who also influenced the non-Jewish world. Although his
copious works on
Jewish
law and ethics were initially met with opposition during his lifetime,
he was posthumously acknowledged to be one of the foremost rabbinical
arbiters
and philosophers in
Jewish
history. Today, his works and his views are considered a cornerstone of
Jewish
thought and study.
Astrology
Maimonides answered an inquiry concerning
astrology, addressed to him from
Marseille. He responded that man should believe only what
can be supported either by rational proof, by the evidence of
the senses, or by trustworthy authority. He affirms that he had
studied astrology, and that it does not deserve to be described
as a science. The supposition that the fate of a man could be
dependent upon the constellations is ridiculed by him; he argues
that such a theory would rob life of purpose, and would make man
a slave of destiny. (See also
fatalism,
predestination.)

Dear Wolfgang,
How are you today? You may find attached two pictures for your site about
the talents of doctors. In one picture you will be able to see me performing
an ASANA (body pose). In the other picture I am present too in the YANG
SPIRAL meditation for the annual hiatus in Aug 2005. You already know the

events organized by my school.
Here it is a little bio to go along with the pictures:

Hope all these are enough for setting up the page on your website.
Thank you very much for your kindness and time! I'll be honored to be listed

Best experience from yoga
After the first year of yoga I opened my heart towards God for the first
time in my life. Ever since, my faith in God has grown stronger and
stronger and culminated with direct experiences of spiritual communion
with Him. Not only yoga transformed me into a believer but also helped
me understand and feel the true spirituality from Christianity, as well
as other spiritual traditions. My experience in yoga has brought me to
the conclusion that our life is actually our spiritual path, but an easy
life doesn’t necessarily mean an easy spiritual transformation and
evolution. |
