Some of you are perfect! They have payed, have helped for many things.

Others like "you" seem to have filled out our membership application form
with some fields about your

e-mail adress "[email]" and 
firstmane "[firstname]" and lastname "[lastname]"
at date "[date]"
with your profession "[profession]"
and your type of membership "[membertype]"  with the height of your payment.
and some of you have given phone numbers.

According to your membertype "[membertype]" we kindly ask you to install your payment,
so that our server costs are covered and other expenses and the weight is taken off a little from me as president:
