News which came up during the last month:
Finally having the Frontpage Extensions working on my server I can offer the search function.
Click here to search the DoctorsHobbies.com Web for anything you like!
containing a story about ADD (Attention Deficite Disorder)
has been reported about in the actual "Deutsches Ärzteblatt" (in
German).
I took the occasion to start with a little presentation about Hoffmann:

Birmingham-Southern College Professor of Music and Artist-in-Residence William
DeVan, along with Dr. Robert Poczatek, Spinal Chord Injury Medicine Fellow at
Spain Rehabilitation Center, will hold a special wellness recital Sunday, Feb. 9,
2003. The recital will be at 2:30 p.m. at the Forbes Piano Store in Homewood.
Poczatek is a former student of DeVan’s and received
his bachelor’s degree in music at BSC. He also won the college’s Alys
Stephens Piano Competition in 1992 and is the recipient of a 2000 Grammy Award
Grant to study focal hand dystonia in musicians. Focal hand dystonia is a
condition in which fingers curl up under the hand instead of staying in proper
playing position.
Shortly later I called Dr. Poczatek by phone and hope he will still send some material with photos etc.

Some time ago I reported about Fabio Colombo, a multi-talent Doc.

A chinese
colleague from Taiwan joined the little list, but I am sure there are many more!
Never think DoctorsHobbies.com would request a professional level to be
presented,
it is for everybody on any level!
See PingPongDocs
did you know there are also advocates?
Recently I found one by a newspaper article.
The other one I found through my psychiatric studies: Prof. Lorenz Boellinger.
Both you find at http://www.doctorshobbies.com/AdvocateDocs.htm
Last not least: Would you all like to make a new game?
Everybody forwards EVERY newsletter to ONE single person of interest whom you
know personally from the health care field.
this would cost you half a minute to duplicate the interest for this exciting
field! Are you joining the "habit"???????
For your friends who get it forwarded:
Subscribe for the newsletter (FREE and
monthly) and

Yours
Wolfgang E.
